My my name is JoAnna. This blog is going to be where I keep track of my weight loss. So yeah just another weight loss blog. *smiles* As of today these are my stats:
Weight: 228.2
Goal weight: 180
Pounds to Go: 48.2
Pounds Lost: N/A
My plan is to count calories and exercise. I don't plan to buy any new foods or exercise equipment. The goal is to learn to eat right while still eating what I like. I am using LoseIt.com and have entered my goal. It show my calorie budget to be 1,568. That should allow for 2lbs of weight loss a week, but we will just have to see.
I plan to check in every Thursday with my weight loss or gain(if it happens). On Mondays I will post recipes that I tried the week before.
About 3 years ago I weighed 190, but since getting married, moving to Hawaii, and having my 3rd child.. I have gained a lot of weight. I blame it all on no longer having a job and a bit of depression. This is the start of a new journey, I am on my way. :)
